For those who suffer with pain and other symptoms of life-limiting illness, The Shepherd’s Hospice is here to help.
We provide integrated outpatient services, homecare and inpatient hospice care in the Western Area of Sierra Leone.
These different forms of care overlap and work together to ensure that our patients’ needs are met at every phase of their illness.
Outpatient Clinic

We see patients regularly for review of their medical problems or nursing needs e.g. wound care.

We provide Medical Consult and Nursing Care at home as well as Phone Support for people who have serious illness but are too weak to travel, or who are unable to enrol in inpatient hospice.
We cover the areas between Freetown, Waterloo and Tombo
Inpatient Hospice
